Thank You for Powering NOC’s Advocacy In 2026

NOC would like to share our deep gratitude to the organic community and our supporters.

Over the past few months, we’ve asked you to help ensure NOC is ready to show up with strength and resolve in 2026.

We were hoping to raise $15,000 in contributions from individuals like you, which would help unlock another $15,000 in matching funds from organic champions Patagonia and PCC Community Markets. Along the way, we also received at least $1,500 each from Organically Grown Company, Nature’s Path Organic Foods, and National Co-Op Grocers, as well as a generous matching offer from an anonymous donor inspired by our message.

All of that, plus contributions from more than 50 of our community members has resulted in a huge success!

Thanks to your support and the support of the businesses above, we secured over $36,000!

This support comes at a crucial time. NOC will now be in a strong position as we move into 2026, with these funds specifically supporting:

  • Rapid policy engagement to protect core organic rules.

  • Advocacy to sustain USDA National Organic Program staffing and robust enforcement.

  • Farmer, advocate, and brand mobilization to educate Congress and USDA.

  • Independent, science-based engagement with the National Organic Standards Board.

Making a contribution is just one of many ways to be a part of this movement. We also need to make our voices heard. That’s why we are also asking you to take action!

Organic farms still haven’t received their 2025 certification cost-share reimbursements, despite Congress authorizing the funds. These delays are putting financial pressure on organic operations and some farms are postponing renewal, scaling back, or exiting organic altogether. Congress has already done its part by providing funding. Now USDA must deliver the support farmers are counting on.
