Will you Help Bring Organic Voices Where They Matter Most?

Thanks to organic advocates like you, we have so much to celebrate this year! Just this fall, USDA finalized the third of the three major rules protecting organic integrity that NOC has been advocating for decades, and we secured funding for the Organic Certification Cost Share Program through the 2018 Farm Bill extension (learn more about our 2023 milestones here). As we prepare for more advocacy in this Farm Bill extension year, we need to make sure we speak with a unified voice to advance organic.

This giving season, we are asking for your help in bringing organic voices to decision-makers. NOC is dedicated to creating a healthier food and farm system, and a thriving organic movement. To do this work effectively, we need all voices at the table. Our advocacy is strongest when farmers, environmental groups, consumers, nonprofits, high integrity organic businesses, and retailers work together to fight for the issues we care about most.

Did you know that the National Organic Coalition helps organic farmers engage directly in organic policy? By providing farmers with resources to meet with policymakers on Capitol Hill and attend meetings with key organic decision-makers, we are shaping the future of organic and creating a next generation of organic farmer advocates.

We need your help!

In 2024, we want to bring more organic farmers to Capitol Hill and National Organic Standards Board meetings to share their experiences, speak directly to decision makers, and shape the next Farm Bill and the future of organic. Every dollar contributed this fall during our campaign will go towards supporting farmers in advocating for organic.

Double your impact! Thanks to generous support from National Co+op Grocers, every dollar we raise between now and December 31, 2023 will be DOUBLED up to $5,000! Help us reach our goal of raising $10,000 this fall to support farmer participation in organic advocacy.

With gratitude,
