NOC Meetings for organic stakeholders

NOC brings organizations together from across the full spectrum of organic stakeholder groups to promote dialogue and offer innovative policy solutions to challenging issues. Two times each year, NOC convenes public meetings, known as ‘Pre-NOSB’ meetings, in connection with the spring and fall National Organic Standards Board meetings. Past topics have included, for example, the impact of new regulations on the organic sector, scientific studies regarding organic agriculture’s ability to sequester carbon in the soil, and organic farmers’ experiences accessing USDA conservation programs.
